if partnership firm has no employee on its roll, such firm is not required to file FBT return, but in other case FBT return is required to be filed.

Is it compulspory to make payment of Fbt by Internet only????
And wat if the payment is made after 30 sept and it is filed without FBT???

no it is not compulsory to pay FBT through internet. Interest shall be levied for late payment of FBT @ 1% P.M. & If FBT return is not filed penalty of Rs. 5000 shall be levied.
