Hi All,
A Private Ltd Company incorporated under Companies Act,2013 .The Company could not open the Bank Account till 31st Mar,2016.Whether the same can be shown has issued on cash rather Account-payee cheque.What are the Remedy available.

There is no bar in giving share subscripttion money to the company in cash.
