while issuing the share certificates in name of HUF. what should we mention in the name Like "shankar lal Huf"
the same as "SHANKAR LAL HUF" OR SIMPLE "SHANKAR LAL"

HUF is a different person so it should be in the name of SHANKAR LAL HUF
not in the name of Shankar Lal

not satisfied with your reply. as i know that the huf's demat a/c can opened in name of its karta's title only. like wise when we are filling up the share application of ipos we have to keep in the title of individual only but we have to write the pan no. of huf & demat a/c no. of huf.
the same is applicable to partnership firm too. mean the share certificate in this case to be issued in name of partner only not in name of partnership firm.
pl. carify me whether i am right or wrong?
