no, that book is not sufficient. there are a lot of changes. You can refer Dinesh Madan.

dont go for dinesh madan it is below standard book. lots of mistakes

i (also my 3 friends) failed in isca becoz of ths book. read study mat only.

Yes, this book is sufficient. This book covers full syllabus, I secured 76 in ISCA.i studied from study material but in last 2 months i did only Manish valechha isca book.
I think this book alone is sufficient. check with November 2011 exam paper .. more than 50% questions can be answered in just 5 minutes with the help of mnemonics given. all questions from the book except flow chart (it was not covered by any book) a very nice book for isca.

this book is short, try not to cut any detail in exam.. you will surely get great marks in this subject also do practice manual,
