The Committee has also decided minimum CTC for the CA Firms who will participate in Campus Interview, October-2011 would be Rs. 2,40,000.

Do you think that CTC that can be offered to Newly qualified CA is 240000 only?

This is the decision of CMII.

well friend accept the reality many fresh CA are struggling for jobs. Many have still to get jobs then how do you expect CA firms to pay more????. ICAI also has acknowledged this fact . CA firms always look out for cheap labour on the pretext of giving valuable knowledge to its employees..

This is HARSH REALITY

Yes, this is true that we are not rewarded with what we deserve for. now its very difficult for a CA to get a good job. majority of us get jobs in CA firms like big4, they exploit the CA. they expect a CA to work as china labour and forget his personal life. they simply get the more work done than that what they pay us.

ICAI president has announced at the convocation that they will fix the minimum ctc for the campus as Rs. 600000 but this dosnt hold good. institute never cares about students and newly qualified members...

jab tak CA nahi bane the sab kuch achca lagta tha per sachchai bahot kadwi hai..........

So, My dear Fellow students who are presently undergoing Articleship training, aquire Maximum practical knowledge as possible, you have plenty of time to learn the things slowly. Never say that your firm has only audits, no works to learn like that. Its you who will suffer ultimately.

Practical training is designed to master you in Practical life too. Do not waste time. In Todays world we have the best source called Internet use it constuctively.

Look at the above post. Minimum salary 2,50,000. What the #$%^%$$ is this. If you go for a practice you can earn it in one month, provided you are equipped with practical knowledge. Its not the marks, attempts, or even Rank that counts, its your ability to deal with the things practically.

Heart burnning , Is this package isjustified , after so much of hard work , mental tension one is qualifying ,

In the present world an eng grduate from any mediocore college is getting three laks package .

Then what is the fun of doing C A

or the C A profession is losing its importance

or is it the price determination by the theory of supply & demand .

Any how sad & bad for the profession.

Well frnds value of ca has surely degraded.evn a bcom students from n m college in mumbai or symbiosis college in pune are getting an annual package of 3 lacs in campus placement....dn wht is d value addition of doing ca after toiling for so many years....

Dear Colleagues,

In market various oppurtunities are available, also Rs. 2.4 lacs is the Minimum amount that a fresher can get.

Explore the oppurtunities initial package which a fresher can fetch without anyhelp can be easily something betwen from Rs. 3.6 to 4.5 lac i.e. also minimum amount.

Infact a mba student in finance in mumbai is easily getting a package of 4 to 4.5 lacs as freshers...nd d placement of mba colleges are also around 90 percent.....dn y shld people prefer doing ca who r jus gtng 20k per month nd placement is jus arnd 10 percent...

This is because of the good result percentage this year.

If the results are kept low (like earlier attempts), the demand for CA's will remain high and so will be the package.

Yea this is what we can expect from CMII .After so much of hard earned respect and after toiling for so many years we can accept this much ctc only.I cant understand .....we are in now comparison in with B com student .the only diff between us & bcom is word chartered.
