is tax invoice is for consumer also and no delivery challan have to use for supply of goods

As a registered dealer you are bound to issue tax invoice to all the customers with GST charged as per applicable rate. Otherwise how will you get ITC?

For delivery purpose you can issue delivery challan......

sir one more thing i want to know that can we keep two different sale vouchers as Tax invoice for dealer and second as tax invoice for consumer.
in this situation both sale vouchers will count its serial number separetly ..i.e if we issue a sale in tax invoice for consumer then its serial number starts as 01 and now we issue a second sale in tax invoice for dealer then its serial number also will starts from 01...is it correct....please guide me..

It is better to keep number same but other parameters as per our need for clarity.

Say for consumer we follow CM ......... for dealer RD etc.......

and say  our invoice book starts with 1001

than invoices can be like.............1001/17/RD/CS............

1008/17/CM/CS........... 1234/17/RD/CR............. etc........ ( I have used CS for cash sale & CR for credit sale)........... You may modify as per your need....... but if numbering remains serially, it helps to sort out things.

sir please can you provide me all expence list in which we can claim gst input.
for example i purchased a invertor and battery of showroom use and in purchase bill gst is charged so can i take input credit of gst on it...
