Tuition is not necessary. Its just a fashion. I cleared my CS (in year 2001) without tuition. Even though I am running my own coaching class, but still I am of opinion, that there is no need of tuition.

Only benefit of tuition is, tempo of study sustains. It maintains regularity. I have written a book especially for those students who are not able to go tuition. This book is written in easy language and completely exam oriented. Any student, who will complete this book, can score good marks in the subject.

Subject name is ECONOMIC AND COMMERCIAL LAW. For CS (exe) New Syllabus. You can download its snapshot by click on following link:

thankyou for yor help sir but i have no background of accounts and tax how can i prepare myself ??? i have already cleared the second group by self preparation. but somehow studying the first group byself seems to be tough please suggest something

Dear Harsh

"background" is nothing but fear. If you have reached till executive level, i don't think that you don't know account.

As regards tax, every Indian does the tax planning. There is nothing typical in it.

You can buy good book for account and tax like V K Singhania and so on.

Do as many practice as you can. In CS exam, around 50-60 marks (out of 100) is coming from theory even if it is a/c or tax.

All the best

hi pawan

i have same problm from harsh  can i self prepation ???

plz suggest me some easy books for self prepation company acc., cost account, tax laws, gernal commercial law, old sullbus

plz guide me

Dear Ram

First of all, you need to improve your English. Kindly devote half an hour for language daily.

For Tax, you can refer VK Singhania. For GCL, you can rely on Study Module itself.

Better to read Guideline Answer of ICSI for exam purpose.

For Some Chapters of GCL, i.e. old syllabus, you can refer this book:

ok

n thanks 4 your guidelines

and suggest how to get Guideline Answer

Guideline answer is available at every Chapter Office of ICSI.

Tution is not at all necessary, but it does gives students tips on passing the exams with their experience. However, with online eLibraries coming up which are filled up with Notes, Books, Scanners, video lectures one can easily prepare well at home and crack the exams.
