Do I have to complete articleship to get B.com a&f degree from IGNOU?
Can I get it before 3 years of registration of the course?

No completion of articleship is not a requirement for getting the degree from IGNOU the requirment is you should have passed IPCC & ya its valid for post graudate courses.
