If the person is an advocate.I.e. holding membership of any bar council. Irrespective of the type of advocate he is RCM will applicable.

it should be to business entity
and the business entity having turnover of more than 10 lamb.

An individual advocate or firm of advocates providing by way of legal services to business entity located in taxable tarritory. Recipient are liable to pay service tax.
