RCM is applicable.
If the person is an advocate.I.e. holding membership of any bar council. Irrespective of the type of advocate he is RCM will applicable.

An individual advocate or firm of advocates providing by way of legal services to business entity located in taxable tarritory. Recipient are liable to pay service tax.
