Is attempts really matters for hiring ca?

I qualified in last May - 2016 and looking for the good oppurtunity. We struggle so much to clear CA exams and once we qualified, employers ask for attempts. I have been working in CA firm till I qualify CA and CA firm experience does not matter at all and they say you are fresher and have a more attempts and we cant hire you.

I have really frustrated by this kind of requirements in the indistry. Is attempts really matters ? The more attempts, more knowledge and more hardwork, not givingup attitude- why dont they consider this.

I support Your View but this is the fact thats why I say CA as a profession has lost its sheen and also one more fact I add all qualified CA'S are not turning out their best even after qualifying they are not aware of many things even the communication itself is poor this comment by me would have great impact in forum but its a fact

But I dont understand why attempts matter for hiring..some people are lucky enough and they get through and it does not mean that others are not smart. Also many companies pay structure for qualified CA is less than market and this lead me think as to why did i do CA. :(

Madam I would rather advise you that you being qualified be on your own if job and pay is not so lucarative there are many avenues open since qualified

HI Shwetha, How are you ?

Attempts matter only in first Job, once you got first Job then no one is much interested in attempts.

Employers only interested after first attempt are in your profile during the job, tasks handled, requirements for new job profile and budget/current salary. Once you fit to it after first Job attempts doesn't matter.
