SA means standards of auditing which is equivalent to Auditing and Assurance Standards. The respective change come in view from 04/05/2009. Yes this SA is applicable to Nov.2009 Examination. You can get this notes from the Website icai.org
Yes, SA replaced AAS..... The only change is the numbers, i.e SA new numbers are given to old AAS numbers, otherwise the inner contents are completely same..

yes sa replaced aas but u have to see the rtp nov 09 nd u can know for ur problem because i have also saw that in rtp june 09
