Only the value is like that of a gazzetted officer but you can't call a ca or cs a gazzetted officer.

And as per my knowledge they all are government officers who can only be called gazztted officers.

actually the main problem was regarding certification only. Can u please tell me if a certain doc. need to be attested by a gazetted officer , can a PCS or PCA attest it in his/her professional capacity?

I already presumed that the problem would be for certification. I would like to inform you that in the document if there is cleary written that it is required to be certify by the Gazetted Officer. Then certification of Gazetted Officer would be allowed.

However, if there is writtend that Gazetted Officer / PCS / PCA / CWA then any one can certify.
