I want to know weather there is Income tax practice manual or not?

The institute has published the practice manual 2 months before.

i think that institute has not published any such pracitce manual for ipcc incometax and servicetax/vat .my opinion is that icai won't publish such practice manual as the subject of income tax is subjected to amendments and updates.
