1.It is better to opt for both groups.

2 articleship starts after passsing group I. So articleship can be choosen after passing group I. It is not neccesarry at  moment

1.yes you can register your self for both the group 

2. with article means u may paid for article fees now if u choose without article u will have to paid these fees whenever u enroled as an article

Fill the form for both gp with articleship this is only regitration form later you can fill you are going attempt for both gp exams or for single gp you will get this choice in examination form.

You need to registered with both group of IPCC Without articles, 

When you clear first group of IPCC , than you go for registration for articleship with DD of Rs. 2,500.
