agar koi banda liabel nahi hai gst ke under registration krane ke liye yani uski aggregate turn over 20 lakh se kam hai to wo konsi invoice issue karge or us invoice par tax charge karega ya nhi

you can issue a simple invoice as you like. since you are not reister person in Gst and you cant charge any GST in invoice . or collect from buyer

if i despatch some goods and the goods is checked by gst officer in way so what will i do?
