According to Excise rules only two serials of Invoices can only be used one for inland sales and other for Exports my question is how to bill for a company having multilocation for manufacturing and sales , what kind of control can be practically possible?

You have to required seperate ECC no./Registration no. for seperate premises. Every plant have own invoice series in excise point of view. You can not take one Registration no. for all multilocation unit.
