Respected members plz guide me if registered person purchase goods from unregistered delear pay tax under RCM basis & issue self tax invoice. Plz tell me registered dealer how to issue own tax invoice ? Own tax invoice issue own name or unregistered dealer name . Plz provide format of tax invoice under RCM. Thank you

There is no prescribed format. But there are certain mandatory contents to be mentioned. The self invoice shall be same as tax invoice. You have fill your details also and unregd dealer name also.
