Hai Guys

Inviting FDI in multi brand product retail trading is it really helpful to Indian Retail Traders or whether it will helpful to multi brand companies originating from USA. Let us discuss in this regard with prons and cons.

After the 1991 reform these could be called as an major reform which would change the face of US $450 Billion retail market of India.which is largely untapped. It would benefit in form if following 1) Development of back end infrastructure 2) creation of jobs 3) Better price to consumers 4) Better price to farmers. etc some cons listed as below 1) would eventually hurt kirana shops, traders like APMC traders 2)could hamper growth of domestic retail companies. well its an much debatable point. state with congress ruling are accepting it while NDAs are rejecting it, dont know what would be the result
