Intimation u/s 143 (1) of income tax act

Hello 

 I have received the notice of intimation u/s 143(1) of income tax act.for demand of Rs. 5200. which i have deposited under self assesment tax against challan form no 281/280 in our tan no. the rs 5200 is not showing in my 26as (ay 2014-15). Please tell me what to due now. if DDO not filling revised tds return on my request. Should i write to AO. how can i find the address of AO. My area code is NWR, AO type W, Range code 85, AO no. 4, Jurisdiction Ward gurdaspur.
