I want to know we have a same branch in another state
i want to to transfer some stock at interstate branch
then we should make tax invoice or bill of supply.
pan number of both branch is same
gst number is different
please suggest

If you transferring stock to other state..then you have to issue a tax invoice.

that only is correct
Unlike VAT, In act of gst,inter-state transfer of stock is subject to GST and therefore Tax invoice should be raised
And,transfer should be like another vendor
yes tax invoice is correct way
You have to issue tax invoice, though it is a stock transfer. Delivery Challan is applicable in case of intrastate branch transfer that is the firm having the same GSTIN.
Tax invoice is the right option
