I want to confirm that, Is it true- Internal auditor can neither appointed as Statutory auditor nor Tax auditor ?

Weather Intarnal auditor must be CA in practice?

Can a non CA person can be appointed as a internal auditor?

Internal Auditor can't be statutory Auditor
 

and

It is not compulsory that Internal Auditor must be CA in pracice.

Any person can become Internal Auditor either an employee or CA (in not pracitce) but usually every company want that its internal auditor shall be expertise, so they appoint CA
