· Articleship should be completed and having experience in internal auditing

· Related experience in Internal Audit Enterprise Risk Management, Business Processes / Compliance Reviews.

· Well conversant with working on Knowledge of internal control systems and processes Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards Company act Income tax act Understanding of all commercial laws

Skills and Specifications:

·         Good Communication Skills.

·         Positive attitude and passionate.

·         Should enjoy the working with clients and developing healthy relationships.

·         Flexible with working time. Able to handle the last moment work pressure.

·         Good knowledge of account, Income tax, Service tax, TDS.

·         The candidate Must have Internal Audit experience during Articleship and have appeared in CA-Final Exam (Both groups) in Nov 2011.

·         Willing for extensive travelling .

Job Descripttion

· Shall work on execution of internal audit assignments – Enterprise Risk Management, Business Processes / Compliance Reviews etc.

·         Coordination and interaction with client

·         Audit execution w.r.t. time limit.

·         Adhere to the guidelines suggested

·         Inputs for proper closure of audit issues.

·         Ensure smooth co-ordination with team members of clients department.

·         Identify root cause and financial impact of audit findings and suggest practical recommendations.

·         Highlight responses from auditees

·         Preparation of draft report

Expected Salary Package              Between Rs. 6000 to 8000 P.M.

 Identifying and Reviewing Key/Agreed Processes and Risks- Process Understanding, Process documenting.

 Analyzing Root Cause and developing implementable action steps for Process Improvement.

Monitor Audit report closures and presenting the same at Management Committee level.

Identify root cause and financial impact of audit findings and suggest practical recommendations.
