I've assigned for an Internal Audit of a Trust. They are formed for developing poor people & also for religious purposes.
They are running:
a) a School
b) a vedha pada sala
c.) Gosala
d) Ayurvedic Hospital
e) Maintaining Temples inside the trust
f) having a Guest House
g) having 2 branches in differenct states
Donation is the main inflow...
1.)What are the points I have to look in deep?
2.) If any one have the format of ICQ (Internal Control Questionnaire) please share with me...
