Inter-se transfer of shares among Promoters

Hi

Promoters' holdings in our listed company is 62%. As a part of family settlement, 31% of the shares are changing hands among promoters - (Inter-se transfer among promoters).

Though exemption from is available under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, can anybody forwards me a check-list / specimen of documenation /formalities to be complied with as far as SEBI and Companies Act, is concerned.
