Is there any provision for inter company fund trf. ( sister concern ). in GST ?
Is there any specified limit for fund trf.?
What is the impact. if yes then is there is need raise invoice.?

GST not applicable on transaction "OF" Money .. this includes Fund Transfer

Answer depends on the nature of fund transfer.
As a loan , no invoice no gst.
As payments towards any order - bill to raised and gst payable.
