demand notice rev. from CPC, is payable within 30 days from the data of receipt of notice, else int. is applicable @ 1% from date of order to till payment is made.
am i right or wrong ?

yes you are right no. days count from receipt of notice.
yes,,,,after demand note you have to pay that amt. otherwise @ 1% int.
but kindly raised your query clearly so that if anything in your intimation is wrong then you can rectify that mistakes and not to pay demand amount.
