Input of service tax paid under rcm
If I receive an invoice on 1St April 2016 for Legal services from an Advocate (RCM Liable) and I pay for this invoice in June 2016, does this imply that my liability to Pay Service Tax under Reverse charge arises in the month of June? (i.e on or before 6th July)

Yes.The time limit is 3 Month from the date of Invoice.
