Generally we can take the benefit of the CENVAT Credit on the items which are used for the production of the Goods such as plant and machinery. and definitionof the plant and machinery in the Excise is very wide. please write me full detail about your case so that I can Solve your Problem. my email id is Sachinagarwalcallb @ gmail.com
Credit of service tax paid is available on all input services as defined in Cenvat Credit Rules, even when the nature of services are of capital nature.
