Suppose I have 25000 input credit in the month of mar 19 so this input gst how many years will be utilised

You can utilize anytime, no more restrictions and time limits...
If the credit will be adjusting your output liability any months at going to zero value in electronic credit ledger...
Time period only to availability of ITC through GSTR 3B return not for utilising...

Yes You can take ITC if your Output supply is not exempted.
