Inforamtion regarding form 112

ONly full time courses needs permission by ICAI...

CS is a part time course and doesnt require attending classes like that of a college...

so you need not be worried....

there is option given whether it's a correspondence course or regular..i think it's better to submit form no. 112 even though u r doing cs...

in case of CS ALSO FORM NO. 112 IS TO BE FILLED

form no 112 is compulsory 

Form 112 is copusary either correspondance or Regular.

my advise would be not to file the same ......

as everybody knows cs is a correspondence course

so it will not hamper ur artticleship

but if u file 112 then u will hve to answer certain queries and have to visit icai 

as i have to do ...... 

til the time i did not mentioned i m doing cwa they did not say anything 

the day i filled 112 ...... it ws all messed up 

i had to visit icai 4 times to satisfy them that icwai is a corresponce course 

and during that time i could not sit for icwai ......
