Indas not applicable till nov 15 (unofficial)

This was said in first FR class by MP Vijaykumar(MPV sir) . The Government has stalled the development of the framework of IndAS for some time and it will not move forward until elections. Therefore it is 99% certain that IndAS will not be applicable till Nov 2015 ..

I am merely posting what I heard from him and therefore this is very much unofficial as he is not a BOS member.
