I have already filled form 1A for a Private Comp. having proposed 2 directors Of which approval Has been arrived from mca .Now i Want o increase the no. of directors to 3 By adding one more diector . I haven't filled any other documents for incorporation of comp. yet . So is it possible to increase the no. of directors
No Now you cannot Alter form 1A. Induct new Director after the incorporation.
Ms. Charu is right. The Board can appoint an Additional Director by passing a Board Resolution and if the Company wich, in the Annual general Meeting, the Company can regularise the directorship of Additional Director.
