There will be no change on subscriber sheet, it's only your Capital Clause under Memorandum of Association will be changed. Clause V of MoA. Nothing else will change.

1. check whether the AOA of the company provides so. if no provision the company must first make change to its AOA
2. convene board meeting and obtain approval form board of directors by conducting EGM ..
