i have been issued incorrect provisional id. the pan quoted in my provisional id is the one which i have surrendered to income tax department in 2012. i was issued new pan
and the same was provided to commercial tax department in 2012 . but the same has not been updated till date and i have been issued provisional id with old pan. pls suggest as time is running out and commercial tax department has refused to cooperate with us. please suggest

it is the duty of commercial tax department to get it correct otherwise you will be out off registration process
