Incorrect assessing officer mentioned in ITR2

Wrong AO mentioning in the itr 2 will not cause a big problem. well u have to intimate the jurisdicationary income tax deptt. abt this through a simple application.

i think , I.T DEPARTMENT SORT OUT RETURNS BY AREA AND BECAUSE OF IT IS COMPUTERISED IT NOT CREATES MUCH PROBLEM. I THINK YOU DONT WANT TO RECTIFY THAT MISTAKE.
