Following are the procedure and documents for incorporation of a company.
1. Requirement for the reservation of the nama of the company. For this u have to make an application to the registrar of the company.
2.after getting the name u have to approved file documents with fee.
3.registrar shall issue certificate of incorporation on registration.
3.registrar shall allot a corporate identity no. (CIN) from date of incorporation.
5.company have to maintain and preserve the copies of all doc. at the registered office till the dissolution.
Documents to be filed with ROC. 1.The memorandum of articles. 2.a declaration regarding the requirements of this act and the rules compiled with. 3.affidavit from each of the subscriber /first director. 4.adress for correspondence. 5.particulars of every subscriber. 6.particulars of first directors. 7.particulars of the interest of the person mentioned in the articles as the first directors.
