Incorporation of a private limited company

If form 1A is approved, ignore about form 1A, this form will not have any use after approval of name since you  will have ROC Approval letter as proof .

If not approved, ROC will put for resubmission of form 1A asking you some addition information/clarification, then fill new form 1A and file with ROC.

Since form 1A is not available on MCA Portal prior to incorporation or after incorporation of the company. you donot have any alternative.
