i had filed Form 1A of my client for incorporation of company. but, after filing of form 1A, it was accidentally deleted. now, i am unable to recover it and officers at MCA are not helping me. what should i do?

If form 1A is approved, ignore about form 1A, this form will not have any use after approval of name since you will have ROC Approval letter as proof .
If not approved, ROC will put for resubmission of form 1A asking you some addition information/clarification, then fill new form 1A and file with ROC.
Since form 1A is not available on MCA Portal prior to incorporation or after incorporation of the company. you donot have any alternative.
