Income tax under section 44ADA

Hi,
I am a full-time employee at a multinational company (income under section 192). I also work as a freelancer at Chegg where I do freelancing work providing my technical services and receive income under section 194J (10% TDS). The freelancing income is less than my salary but is significant enough.

Descriptttion about my freelancing work - Academic qualification is a condition to enroll on the platform. I solve questions/doubts of students at the chegg platform and depending on the number of questions solved, the payment is made by Chegg. This is a freelancing work and they cut TDS under section 194J (professional and technical services fee).

Would this be treated as technical consultancy? I am really confused whether to file the income taxes under ITR-4 where chegg income would come under section 44ADA. I have read that for freelancing work (income received under section 194J), we can file the taxes under ITR-4 with presumptive taxation of 50% profit.

Please help regarding the same.

I guess you can declare 50% of your gross receipts as your professional income and you need to file ITR-4 as you have income from business and profession..
Yes, you can declare you income under section 44ADA as 50% of Gross receipt as you are earnings professional income
You need to file ITR 4
