You can file the last two years like FY 2015-16 and 2016-17 through E.filing. Before that please Login to your portal and check any TDS or any Notice of intimation is available. If any thing available with TDS or the protal request for any complenace to be filed you can file the compleance and then prepare manual return and file it at your appropriate ward.
