Hello Professionals,
Seeking your help to file ITR for FY 2009-10 & 2010-11. One of my friend received notice from some Compliance Department of Income Tax about not filing returns for above 2 years. He is a salaried person and there is no other income other than Salary. TDS is deducted from his salary and deposited in Government account. When I visited couple of CA, they told me it is not possible to file the return for 09-10 &10-11 since date is already gone for filing the returns.
Could you please help me how to file the returns for above two FY.
