Dear Professionals,

        An Assessee filed his return of income from the F.Y.2010-11 onwards. But the ITO issued a notice for non-filing of Income Tax Return for the F.Y.2009-10. Now if it is possible to file the return for that F.Y.?

        Kindly help me in this regard. Its very urgent.

Please confirm whether in that particular year assessee's income was above taxable limit or not????

Yes. In that F.Y. assessee's income exceeds the taxable limit. If it is possible to file the return?

Last date till which you should have filed return for fy 10-11 was 31/03/2013.
