JUST GO TO WWW.INCOMETAXINDIAEFILING.GOV.IN PORTAL. SELECT EXEISTING USER. INPUT USER USER ID AND PASSWORD.
THEN CLICK ON my account on the upper bar OF THE WINDOW. UNDER DROPDOWN LIST, SELECT MY RETUNRS, THEN SELECT AY. IT WILL SHOW U THE PDF FILE. CLICK ON THAT AND SAVE IT YOUR COMPUTER.

By this process only the ITR V ack is available and not the copy of the return.Pl review the situation and reply.Thanks

U CAN GET THE COPY OF RETURN THROUGH UR SOFTWARE ONLY
SO PLZ CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE OF UR SOFTWARE CO
AND THEY WILL DEBUG THE PROBLEM
OR U CAN FIRST UPDATE THE SOFTWARE
