i had a query that one of my client filed the income tax return for AY 2008-09 twice one is by manually on 31/07/2009 and another in oct 2009 my mistake
he is an individual assessee & income as per both return also different
what shall i do for this
Hi.
In your case. you have filed a beltaed return for the concerned AY. Hence You can not file a revised return againas per Sec. 139(4). so wat eve u filed first in time will be considered by the department. and the return you filed second time stands invalid.
May be u will receie an order from the department in near future. dont worry as he is an individual....
