If TDS is deducted u/s 194C which ITR is to be filled and what whould be nature of business code in new ITR for A.Y 2018-2019?

ITR 3 or 4 depending upon nature of your contract/service.
For business code exact nature of your service is required.....
Sir in New ITR I was unable to find any specific code for contractor ,Earlier it was 0501-0505 .what whould be the nature of business Civil Contactor?
Nothing found select other business
ITR 1 is not for assessee having business income..........
For business income ITR 4 is recommended having Presumptive assessment.
Otherwise select ITR 3 with BS & P&L acc details.......
