Income tax refund

Dear Frns
I have filed ((Individual ITR 4-- Individual file) E filing- CPC Bangalore) a Income tax
return having TDS refund of Rs 48000 for the FY 2010-11 (AY 2011-12)
in the month of  June 2011..
I have received the acknowledgement from the CPC bangalore long back...
But i have not received the Refund till now... The status in the
Website was showing as "CPC processing status not available now" And I
called CPC customer care many times and enquired abt that , but they
are telling that there is no problem in the return and it will be get
processed  and the same thing they are telling from  long back...
Can any one help me in this regard... what should i do ... what could
be the reason for the delay.... Because the other returns which I have
filed after this ITR , got the refund, but the refund for this return
only got stucked up.......
