Hi All, Can anybody pls brief about Income tax Form 13 with an Example?

if you dont have taxable income or your income is in lower slab rate you can request assessing officer that your tds should not be deducted or deducted at a lower rate....coz you dont have that much taxable income.this application will be done in form 13........if A.O permits then you need to show this form to the tax deducter who will now not deduct your tds or deduct it at a lower rate........

you will get a certificate from A.O ....after showing that form your tds wont be deduted or deducted at lower rate until the A.O cancels the certificate...

Thank you so much Sneha bagla for clarifying about Form 13.. And I also need to know about Income tax form 150 and Form 1SH and how are they related with Form 13?
