actually third party is deceased on 10th sept.2016. he has done real estate business and accumulated cash of 10lacs without filing ITR ..now his sons want to deposit father cash to son account and want to pay income-tax by filing ITR of his father..this ay2016-17.

Then its not third party, but heirs of the deceased.
Well, they may deposit (distributed amount) among their own accounts. For return filling, advised to get help of any local CA..
