I am opting for 44AD under income tax and for Gst i am registered under normal scheme. As per normal scheme I have to maintain books and records (which I am maintaining)
but in income tax I had shown not maintaining books as i opted for 44AD so will it create any problem?

No problem arises.... Both are different act... So don't worry... Gst is just for GST collection.. So u hv to maintain ur sales and purchase register
No more problems under IT act...
You can opt Presumptive Taxation Scheme...
