One of Myhas the following Probelem
He has obtained the Housing Loan after 01.04.1999
Ist Loan For Construction
after 3 years II Loan for Reconstruction
He claimed interest of Rs.70,000 of Ist loan and Rs.25,000/- of IInd loan
The icome tax officer disallowed the second loan interest for reconstruction
In the bare act, i cannot find the excat term to clash his view
Pls.
assist me in giving suggesstions and any "Case Laws"
