For Increase of authorized share capital you have to file e-Form SH-7 within 30 days of increase.
After allotment you have to file e-Form PAS-3 within 30 days of allotment
Every company has to identifythe unclaimed and unpaid amount as referred to in section 205C(2)and file thesame in form 5 INV within 90 days of the AGM.
